Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
UK delivery options
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class which is usually deliver in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, but it can take up to 13 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail tracked 24 is usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, but can take up to 9 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually delivered the next working day (Mon-Fri) after dispatch.
Free Tracked shipping on orders over £60 is posted via Royal Mail tracked 24
International delivery
We currently dispatch to the following countries outside of the UK:
Australia
Canada
Gibraltar
Guernsey & Jersey
Isle of Man
New Zealand
USA
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service with a delivery aim of 5 to 7 working days, however this can be up to 4 weeks depending on how busy your countries customs is.
Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your gemstone must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
